hi use a tape measure to get the string through. Then bring the string up and over somthing so you can pull from the pocket and guide the bladder back in. straighten and fold bladder back and forth use talc to insurre slippery so to avoid wrinkles. stand in the middle, string up and over (i use a sawhorse) and whieght down the wingtip so it dosen't move. One side then repeat its easy.

i always tie a string to the bladder - the valve on struts, the tips on the leading edge - before removing, that way the string is there when you need to put it back in. some leading edge bladders even come with reinforced cloth tips with holes to tie the strings to.
if it's the leading edge, fokiten is spot on, use talc/baby powder and fold/flake it back and forth. this will help it slip back in easily and more importantly, straight.
