You should tell us. It's in your hands.

I heard they are good. Nothing else.

Ciao, Mo

Do you know how to kitesurf or not yet? If yes, then you'll do it. It should be fast due to high AR but if you already kitesurf, that's fine.

Try to contact Grant Ross in South Africa. He sails and sells them. He is the Cabrinha distributor and can be a lot of help. You can reach him via e-mail on:
windsurf@iafrica.com OR info@cabrinha.co.za

If you don't know how to kitesurf, try it on a sandy beach with 50m radius clear area from any solid obstructions. When you have a good grip on the sand, try to play in shallow waters without the board and then try with the board.
Have fun,Mo

Because you snowboard, learning to ride a twin tip or wake board will be a bit easier for you. The difference is that when you snowboard you bias your weight slightly to the front foot to keep the board pointing downhill. On a kite board you need to bias your weight to your back foot to help drive you upwind and also to avoid plowing the nose of the board under water.

Exactly, I think that It could be the same when you snowboard in virgin snow (mean out of slopes) the snow is softer, like on the water..... I don´t know...
Thanks for your answers.

If you already used smaller kites and you snow baord, then I consider that you are physicall fit which means that you will be able to learn kiting more easy than others who come with no sports background.

Good luck, Mo
