Rick, do you think we can ride further up like 13th street at south beach?

I will look into it and will let you folks know. I understand that there is now a ban on kitesurfing for the area of the public beach just south of the event area and north of Government Cut inlet. This was brought on by careless riders coming too close to shore and causing problems in other ways. I am not sure how far north this restriction goes. It doesn't cover the competition area of course, as it this event is covered by a special permit.
