Postby patrikol » Thu Apr 07, 2005 5:55 pm

Tested Raven 12 and Thorn 132 today! :D

The kite was realy nice fast and good power allmost as a 14 sqm.

The board was really good. I am pretty heavy 92 kg so this board is realy what I needed.

Everything was in perfect symbios! :thumb:

Sir,

Based on your early riding can you compare the 132 to any of last year's Thorns? Specifically how does it compare to the 135 from last year?

Thanks

Nice, Looks like a good spot to kite (if a bit cold).
I see that they haven't finished the twisting tower yet.

Can you tell us about Raven 16!? What is the Windrange? Is the Raven 16 confortable on the bar? Is it good for Freeride? Thanks for your Answer.

Raven 16 is very comfortable on the bar, steers precise fast and is very stable with great feedback on the bar. Depower also very good and the jumps are very floaty. Transitions are very sweet with this kite!

Tried the Raven 16 it is good from 10 to 20 knots of course from 18 you start to be overpowered but when you jump you can still touch the sky is not like the all new mid ar kite that you jump 20 cm is a machine.
On the bar is much ligter than the x4
Is a fantastic KITE

every year, a 12m has the power of a 14m...

so since the beginning of the kite...a 12m is like an old 20m kite !

but if I remember, I was powered on a wipika 8.5 at 12 knots...so an actual 20m could be riden arround 1 or 2 knots ?? no ??

lol

but, it's certainly a very good kite !
