Do they have a glass lay-up ?
..or is that the scrim backing?

ZF: Not scrim - it's Baltek's pre-glassed 'bulkhead' material with 12oz cloth and 8oz mat on either side. I'm not sure if the resin is UV cure or what, but it's essentially RTF (ready-to-finish). I've got two fairly large boat plants within 1mi. of my shop and see the truck once a week.
