c-quad for beginner ?

Hello. A question. Is the c-quad ok for a beginner. Ie found a plan and want to make this kite self (Chaep. Perfect for a student :grin: ).
Has someone made a depower for this kite or knows an adres, where ik can get a depower. Greetings. Mike

go big.
The smaller sizes (4.2 and down) are way to fast.
I had a 6.3 for quite a while and enjoyed it.
A de-power won't really work for this kite. That said it does have an astounding range.
My only caution is that it is a completly unique kite. You will have to re-learn a lot whatever you move onto after it.

Also the cost of building one is pretty close to the actual cost so why build?
(note if you do build make sure you use a super stiff LE spar)
