i don't know how close you looked at it, but it's a dead ringer for the cabby, i'm being generous by using the term 'based', what i actually mean is copied...
Okay, so now we've gone from the other items (which I don't even need to go into further) to accusing cabrinha of copying someone else in a design that they bought? Why would they do that if they bought the patent which had the basic design?
And now you're accusing Bruno of copying someone else's design and then patenting the idea as his own. Wow. Conspiracy deluxe. Do you have any proof? Wait, I forgot, you're from Best, you're allowed to make unsubstantiated statements without having to back them up with fact.
Come on SQ, you're picking at straws here. How much different do LEI designs look year to year and yet the performance differences are astronomical. How similar are the basic kite designs and yet each kite has completely different flying characteristics. There are huge differences in turning speed, bar pressure, jumping ability. Now you're trying to say because one kite is similar to another they will ride exactly the same.

MM...I think in this case, to be fair, he's talking about the 'other brand kite'
being a copy of the crossbow....
I would guess, that as the Nova has been in the public domain a lot longer, IF it was a copy of anything it would be a copy of that
...yeah I didnt see it (the other brand flat kite) up close, but then nobody I know, apart from Cab UK, has seen/flown a Crossbow and based on the argument that 'its a dead ringer' - every traditional LEI shaped kite on the market is a 'dead ringer' for a Wipika classic.
