it is not allowed to vote for the own site!!!

If you do a vote for websites asking for their favourite, you should consider the different types of websites.
So it is hard for a user to judge this.
You mentioned these different types:

http://www.kiteforum.com (int'l)
forum only, international

http://www.oase.com (German)
forum and used gear, news (only german)

http://www.windfinder.com (German & int'l)
int'l for windforecasts

http://www.flysurf.com (french)
news, forum, infos french and english

http://www.desliza.net (spanish)
closed due to stupid postings, was the former leading forum in spanish

http://www.kite-surf.com (int'l)
news, info, forum international

http://www.kitesurfing-kiel.de (German)
news, info, forum only in German.

So you can see that many users will have more sites as there favourites.
The only website which can be compared is flysurf.com and kite-surf.com.
and kitesurfing-kiel.de with oase.com

My favourites are following:

kiteforum.com for int'l forum
kitesurfing-kiel.de for german forum
oase.com for selling my used stuff in Germany
windfinder.com for forecasts and actual wind
flysurf.com for the chat when they had someone from a company, but since kitechat.com not anymore.

So, that is my vote.
