Just want to let you know that this weekend, kitebeach is open for private kiting, so no lessons are alloud.

Toby, it sounds that we need some more info about P-R here!!!!!!! picture´s

From what I understand, you can either kite/windsurf, or not. The letter states kitesurfing allowed at Kite Beach. No restrictions re: private kiting, lessons, rentals, etc.

I'm sure Royce has all the info we need about Puerto Rico. But he is in Miami for the Masters.
