I want to paint the white bottom of my skimboard a bright color so it is easier to find in waves/whitewater. What kind of paint can I use for this? Is there a simple marine spray paint? Would any of this affect the bottom of the board—smoothness etc., or is there a thin enough paint this wouldn’t matter? I guess if I found a bright waterproof marker, I could almost use something like that. Anyways, please advise how to easily color a white surface, without affecting the surface properties.

I have used Krylon Fusion on epoxy and it worked great. Just make sure you follow the instructions on the can and allow enough time for a good cure.
Cheers

Plastic coat paint in the little glass jars, goes on thick, smooth and drys/hard fast. It will also make you high, you have to be 18 to buy it.
