Would love to help. I ordered mine 1 month ago and they said i would have it in a week. Then they said that Naish told them that they sent the shipment on the 24 Nov. Just got off the phone to my dealer and now they said naish told a fib and they won't be in my country (Norway) until mid Jan. I've had enough. Slingshot Turbo Diesels are looking good or maybe a waroo.

I got one of the production 12m shockwave out today although it was pretty light wind so not a real tester to go from yet. Ranged from 8-13 knots. Bar pressure is definitely high but I believe it is always high with light wind and the 2-1 depower on the bar with the bow style kites. Kite seems to turn fast enough. Didn't test it for long enough to make an informed decision and the wind was a little light and it was my first time on a bow. Also haven't really had a chance to test the other bows , so I will be doing that this week but so far I am very impressed with it. The simplicity of the stopper is quite nice on the kite. Little piece of rubber that is strong enough to hold the bar, but allows you to push through if you get in trouble.

Other than that, can't say much yet. Kite seems well constructed, bar etc seems top notch, although I'm a little confused as to the actual purpose of the 8 elastic bands that come in the repair kit.

Those rubber bands are needed for fixing any tubes in case of punctures.
Just read the Octopusmanual.
