I'm not affiliated with Ocean Rodeo in any way, but just wanted to say how nice this new suit it. Front zipper makes easy entry/exit. I've used it about 10 times in 40F water and cold and windy conditions, and stay bone dry and warm in that thing. Cuffs seem quite durable, solid construction.

Well worth the cost to have a year round season.

That rocks, water temp in michigan is around 32 degrees right now, I really really want one.

I think I might have to pick one of these up late next fall, the only issue that I still have is that there's ussually no one who wants to come out an kiteboard with you or rescue you at that time of the year!

That is true, you have to talk a couple buddies into getting them as well or you can't find anyone to kite with you. But, the way I look at it, it's a lot cheaper than a trip to Maui or other warm destination so what the heck. And you can layer under it to fit any temperature.

Welcome to the Pyro fan club. We have been riding all winter in these suits. Any windy day in Vancouver you will go to the beach and see 3/4 of the riders wearing these suits, there like a uniform or something.

It is really nice being warm even though it is hovering near freezing.

Gotta go, big storm coming... 5C and 30knots... yeehaw. Gotta love winter!

Hi guys I tried OR Pyro and found that rubber collar was very tight. What then to do about it.

You need to trim the seals to fit. That's what the little lines are for. Cut the seal down one line at a time and try it. Don't trim too much, just enough so you're not cutting off circulation.

Well, mine was not too tight so I dont know. If you can trim it, that would be great. It is tight, but that is to keep out the water.

It is important and more comfortable if you are clean shaven, apparently it tends to fit a little nicer than.

On a windy winter day in Vancouver, Canada it is like the Ocean Rodeo Army with a solid majority of the riders equipped with some form of the O.R suit.

In my opinion, do NOT cut it. The reason I say this is that the seal will become shorter and might leak. Put a pan or something in the neckseal and let it strech over night. Strech it just a little at each time since if it gets too streched...werll you figure it out.
