cabrinha spoiler 140 wake?

Postby laz » Wed Apr 05, 2006 11:26 pm

Im thinking about buying a cabrinha spoiler 140 but am confused since it says its the best wakeboard style kiteboard. what does that mean is this board differant than a normel kiteboard for any reason. I know that wakeboards have a lot of rocker whitch is why they are bad as kiteboards does this board have alot of rocker. If any of you have used it how do you like it?

hardly any rocker, jumps huge , for a stiff board, some people like a direct feel

I had it and unless it's a good cheap bargain (which it should be since it is from 2002/2003) don't bother with it. Some people like it, I didn't. It's heavy, and needs a lot of wind. Maybe it just needed a different syle, I don't know, but i got rid of it as soon as I could. There is an issue with the shape too, it delaminates fast, and those tips are easy to break.
