Is there anywhere to kite or take lessons down near Punta Cana or La Romana?

I am leaving for la romana tomorrow.
I will stay at dominicus "Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach"
I hope to find wind somewhere.

Wrong site off the Island. I think there is no wind over there
Normally from Puerto Plata till cabarete you will find wind
