the most users of this forum know about the value of a site to communicate with other riders worldwide. This is the purpose of the kiteforum.com.
Everyone is more than welcome to contribute their comments, experiences, information, etc about kitesurfing. Personal matters and problems shouldn't be content of this forum.
So whoever is involved in "danger in Cabarete" please stay out with your personal stuff and post only about kitesurfing and related topics. If you keep on posting personal problems, you will be banned from the forum, which I really don't like to do.

it was a personal matter.
someone posted something which wasn't about kitesurfing or anything friendly.
these things shouldn't appear in these forums.
It has nothing to do with anything dangerous in Cabarete. So don't worry.
