Somebody asked me on this forum if I had any more experiences with my 20m. Well today I had a great day with it. Winds were up and down throughout the day. Sometimes blowing 10 knots, then blowing 16 to 18 knots for 20 minutes, then back to 12-14 knots and so on. We had the whole range of winds today. I rode the 20m the whole day. It was one of the most fun sessions I've had this winter. I had one real special jump that was up there with the best I've had on a 12m kite. A 20m kite that can get you up there like a 12m is something really special. I think its the best Rhino2 in my whole quiver.

Hey Dight, it was me that asked the question. I think I want the 20m r2 but is it worth it as i've never seen a TRUE light wind kite. I know you love your 20m & your input is very valid but it is still early season.
Thanks again and will credit you if i get the 20m r2.
P.s Are you biased/unbiased
P.p.s if your biased and a dealer, give me a good deal????LOL

I am biased because I like the way North kites fly. I am not a dealer.
I can assure you, anybody would think the 20m Rhino2 is one of, if not, the best 20m they ever flew.

On the R2 20 has any one used the second attachment point in from the leading edge and what performance change was their.
Also on my R2 16 in it's upper wind range about 22 knots I have been having a problem with the leading edge of the tips turning in and trying to callapse or clap the wing tips when sheeted out during strong gusts. Not a problem on the 20 just the 16. The 16 leading edge is very firm inflated but not rock hard, as are the end struts.

Toro2 16m because it has extra depower range which would be important to someone your weight.

I haven't tried it because I don't think I'm heavy enough. I think it's for 100kg and heavier riders to extract more grunt power. I already can ride in a gnat fart with the front setting.
