I've heard so much good about the StageTwo lock bar. One of the brilliant things should be that the safety leash rotates together with the depower strap on the snap schackle. But the question is: Does the snap schackle (swivel)actually rotate, also under pressure?

Ok, thanks. The link lead to some comments to the product which answered my question. The with of the 1" depower webbing forces the 'belt' to rotate thus making it possible for the safety release to rotate as well. Seems like an awesome system!

they use a strap which runs around the bar instead of a rope which runs through it -
this should provide enough force to rotate it even under pressure.
