Hi bros,
I got an offer on board mentioned above for just 315$ but I have to decide untill Monday 7th of May to buy it or not.
Unfortunately no information about quality, performance etc. of this board.

Could anyone give some review on this?

I would not pay to much attention to an anonymous negative post without any explanation.
I don't know this board, but it is a larger twin tip for lighter wind and would probably not be good in high winds (over 30 knots). It would be good for a beginner/intermediate and for lighter winds.
Drops has a good reputation from windsurfing and it is probably fine.

for beginners it will be fine, like any other board. Just don't stick too long with it or other riders will be better faster using better boards.
The price is ok for the quality.
