If you want to go to a nice spot with good winds and flat water, you must visit canoa quebrada.That time, september octuber november until february, we have strong winds. all the countries in South America require you enter their country with a valid passport (usually valid for up to 6 months after expected date of departure), and if you are American, you may require a visa for some countries (including Brazil).
