Looking good, Is this a go at a 1 shot process?
18mm of concave sounds really huge, what is your thinking behind using 18mm.
I build my boards with an 8mm concave and find this works really well so have not gone bigger.
How did it turn out?, I notice that the breather is heavly soaked with resin, I am interested to know how the finish turned out.
I had trouble doing 1 shot process for quite some time and have since moved away from 1 shot.

Gonna look at it tonight.
One shot in the bag.
Layup from top.
-bag
-wicking breather
- perforated release film
- peel ply
- glass
-glass-
-carbon
-glass
-core

-glass
-peel ply
- plastic PE sheet (paint drop sheet, like a trashbag) taped to rocker table
-rocker table.
---------
18mm rocker comes from my Ocean Rodeo Mako 150cm x 34,5cm. Which is a magic board- do a search on the forum.
This is a 135cm x 34,5cm version with slightly fuller ends than Mako, with less and constant rocker. A highspeed-high wind version.
----------
Report and pics later.

BTW
Despite that the epoxy has not cured 100% the board seems very stiff. May be too stiff....wont know till i get it our in the brutal chop tho.
I´m sure the 18mm concave adds to the stiffness.

Board looks great. A quick question to the Mako owners out there as I couldn't find the answers in the post about Mako boards a few weeks back. Is the rocker in the production boards continous or 3 stage etc? I'm making my rocker table now and are curious. Also what material (and thickness) did you use for your rocker table to enable you to get both the rocker and concave required for this board. I'm thinking of using 3 or 4mm ply but the one in this post looks like MDF.

Here it goes about 7,5cm in highes point
I rode one - i make even copy - but i dont like board
It wants to go straight foverever due to concave. I like board which react to slightest foot pressure change and this is not in case
But i like its lightnest to back foot. But with smaller rocker - i.e. TW 2,5 it doesnt work in same way. IMO
