did you fly it yet?
If so, what is your impression?

the kite looks like the 16 north ,the speed is very similar ,but he turn like the f-1 .
my guess is that its some thing in the midle between the 18 f-1 and the 16 north.
(i only play with it on the beach in light wind more info...in the future

yes, i have already tested the kite. The first impressions are quite good, but i am still looking for the right tunning. There are some changes that i have do, for ex: i am going to put two extension lines, in the front lines, instead of one, and i am going to try it with a set of 30 mts lines.
P.M.

Hi:
I have one and I like it very much. Construction is excellent, it is very fast and has great hang time.
I am still experimenting with line settings and my trend goes to almost no difference between front and back lines (3cm).
I have shorten the leader lines of one bar to 50cm and the kite feels super responsive but the low end suffers a bit.
Greetings
JM

Hi there, well I had my first day on a 12.2 BT and I can say it's a great toy. It turns much quicker than 11.8 Wipika Airblast 2001, it's sligthly bigger but hold much better the gusts and the overpower. May be it's the stronger leading edge, or the carbon tips insets. Anyway, I found it really great and although being very heavy on the beach, it flyes like mosquito. I guess the best trimming of the lines of this 12.2 BT is keeping the wing sligltly depowered so it turns really quicker and plenty of dynamic power. You can still hang on the fix line if you need constant power.
Simply wonderful
Niks
