Anyone seen or tried these?

Check 'em out at:
http://www.sskiteboarding.com/accessories.asp

I know Ulrik mentioned loving this product. Anyone know of a similar product that I should consider buying instead of this?

The NSI Anti-binding was also discussed recently on Kiteforum. See that thread at:

phpBB/viewtopic.php?topic=823&forum=1&7

Thanks if anyone can review these or other brands of similar sandal bindings.

PS: I found an online store that has the above pictured product on sale for $79 U.S.

they are quiet good, but they are also quiet hard. The ones the X-Shooter comes with are softer, which is better for the feet.
I think the NSI are soft as well, but can't promise.
Anyone knows the NSI straps?

I've got them on my Slingshot Drake. Board stays much better on my feet then when using normal straps. I feel one with the board

And no way that they're too hard. I'd say: comfortable!

did you try the softer ones?
makes you feel a little bit more comfortable, since it goes even more around your foot.
But as you are saying, they make you feel like being one with the board.

Greetings
Toby

another thing:
if you have a wakeboard cable lift in your area ,
u can go there and ask for old, disfunct bindings. a friend of mine got some there...

then you can build your own and might get a lot cheaper ...

Thanks, guys. Hey Murdoc, here is the deal on the $79 Slingers. Maybe one of you can tell me what's different about this and the new version that is pictured above in this thread. Below the pic is the print from the ad:

This Closeout Sandal Binding is a combination of the 2002 assymetrical Skate Strap and a Wakestyle foot bed.

The Strap has multiple holes for sizing the sandal to fit your personal size.

Perfect for Wake and Twin Tip boards.

Was $129.95 Now $79 [order]

I have the $79 slingshot straps as shown above. They are last years model. The straps are stiff but acceptable and the firmness seems to provide good performance. They were a little too narrow for my feet which are USA 10.5 C. I had to remove some of the foam padding to make them comfortable. Still they are a little narrow though. If your foot is narrower than mine, I recommend these and $79 is a good price.

On another board I have the new NSI straps. These straps are much softer and cannot be adjusted narrow enough. I have to use them with booties and still the fit is too loose. They are nice and comfortable though.
