Boas! Gostaria de saber se alguem faz algum tipo de preparaçao fisica para os Tours, ou se ng liga a isso :roll:

É o Seguinte|!!
Se fizeres Kite várias vezes por semana, n deve ser preciso pk ja tás a fazer um bom exercicio...
Mas se fikares um temmpo sem fazer kite, axo k seria bom compensar isso kom um Gym!

Pois eu faço kites todos os dias desde que haja vento pois a minha vida é apenas fazer kite 8) apesar de tudo nao ando num gym mas tenhu vario aparelhos de manutençao que utilizo todos os dias :)

2h por dia de ginasio, sempre q possivel, mas não pelo kite. faço-o por opção mesmo. faz sempre bem um pouco de exercicio
