Coincidently I started to do similar experiments as you, but coming from the other side, very light winds.

So comparing:

big board / small kite
vs.
small board / big kite,

surprisingly the first one is better.

I wonder if the same balance will stand for speeding. Probably I'll have the chance to test in two days.

This is the first setup I want to try.
But please post your experience with stronger winds as well.

We should have about 20 knots.
