Hi Toby,
I was wondering whether you still use a main harness line on your X2? Do you feel the need to hook into your main line for dead men?

I'm always in my chickenloop with a panik hook.
Nightmare: slipping out with the chicken and being fully powered up and don't have the power to hook in again. Just hate it!
So for jumps like deadman, one foot off and stuff, I use the normal harness line.
Gives me just more airtime.
maybe when I'm more used to the X2 I won't use it but for now I feel more confident with it.

I also use the snap shackle. But for Cabarete, I was thinking about riding with a normal hook and a leash. I would love to do some unhooked jumps, like the S-bend you can see on
http://www.realkiteboarding.com (Section How To). Looks so much more dynamic when jumping completely unhooked!
