What was that downvind trick or something Armin mentione in the end of the video - "hot avelone" ?

these theory guys are driving you crazy...is it possible to come to lee faster than the wind itself ?
And the answer is: YES !
With Armins equipment I was 67 m in front after only 20 seconds.

Hai,

interesting interview.
While it seems obvious for everyone that a very high performing kite helps going upwind theory is there and it´s an advantage to have high performance kites for going downwind as well.
Armin just doesn´t seem to have realized that.
