Do you lose depower with '07 bar on '06 Instinct?

If I were to buy an '07 bar for my '06 Instinct, would I lose half of my depower?

Can't seem to find a straight answer. I've searched these forums and I've found different answers. Some say yes, some say no.

Id definetly say no and the 07 bar is way better than 06.
Ill tell u one thing for sure 06 ozone kites have a little more depower than 07 ozones. But you wont lose depower with the 07, it might make a tiny difference but you wont lose half, ive flown edge and sport on 06 bars and 07s didnt make much difference to me in depower but i liked the 07 bar more. The ozone kites control the depower, its not so much the bar. its by each ozone kite.

I think depower range on the 07 bar is even a bit more than 06 ,.. (from chicken loop to cleat)
