Looking to head to South America or the carribean for some of the winter...but truly open to all options.
As the topic says, do any of you know any good flatwater spots where jan-mar is the BEST time of the year.

Great flat water kiting in Cozumel. 2 lagoons to choose from and the Country Club is pretty smooth.

There are no restrictions on kiting on the island, all areas are wide open with no windsurfers!!!!!
