Ray
check with neil taylor at Hold the Line kites in Perth (if you are in perth) I think he will sell kites dutie free if you are travelling over seas. he takes off the GST portion for over seas buyers.
Cheers Shane

hi ray,
i don't know of any kite shops, but for what it's worth a friend of mine was in singapore about one year ago and bought a couple of kites there (ABs to be exact). he told me that buying kites there was a lot cheaper than buying them here - even cheaper than buying them duty free in oz.
see ya
