I try today and this kite is incredible it turns very fast and light , i was impressed because my board is 147 and 7 to 8 knots it work very well. i try f-one 18 and this is much better.

Hi Toby,

I have had the 12,5 for about 4 week now. It's a very powerful kite, turning fast and has a lot of hangtime.

I guess with bridle yes, but are you all flying with bridle? If not, how is the restart?

Hi Toby,

I do not have a skoop (yet), but I guesss it will not differ too much from the AB 11.8, and that kite is not too difficult to restart without bridles. The only time I didn't manage was when I had inflated the leading edge too soft. Considering that you can pump the Takoon harder than the 2001 AB, I don't think I'll have that problem again.

grtz,
Dènis

Hi
I have the scoop 10.5 and ride without briddles the kite is rather easy to relaunch because it's a very light kite

hello. I ride with the 17m takoon skoop. It seems more powerfull than an AB 11.8 and can ride really fast. My range (75KG with a 145 tt board) is between 7 and 18-20knots. It turns fast and jumps are really long. A real light wink kite very light for best performance. Try it. Good wind
