Naish Torch 2008 - Wind Range

Does anybody know the wind ranges of the 2008 Naish Torch ???

What a thread....

Is depends on the kite size, your weight and skills!

But its poor from Naish if they do not have a table about this!!!

I use my:

T3 14m2 from 6 m/s - 9.5 m/s
T3 10m2 from 9 m/s - 12,5 m/s
T2 8m2 from 12 m/s - 16,5 m/s

I weight 80 kg and have reached an advanced level of riding.

The T4 should have similar wind range + -

The 2008 Torch range should be similar to the 2007 Torch (changes for 2008 on kite are supposed to be minor). You can find the 2007 specs on the Naish website at this link:

I owned the 8, 10, 12, and 14m 2007 Torch and weigh about 180lbs (82kgs) and found the numbers are fairly accurate using the shift bar (you may be able to get more upper range with the double depower bar). I would add 1-2 knots to their low end range numbers for my size (especially on the smaller sizes low end), these numbers look a little low. The upper end looks about right.

Go the torch. I have a 14m T5, it's an unreal kite.
