Will someone please put a REAL t-shirt on the old gay guy form key west GREG7.I know your ripped guy,, but come on,, bare chested pickle smokers aint for everyone. In fact someone photoshop a shirt for that guy :thumb: that and I;ll buy you a real gift certificate,,,WEak business practice ....too bad because Ocean Extreme are the best guys in the business.Even though Darryl whacks off to old ripped up knob jockeys on the internet

Can you please explain how these constitute trademark names? Don't you have to register them? I doubt that they could be admitted for registration.

And I thought their refund policy for lessons was as bad as it got. :cry:

Why don't they just trademark the term "Dickheads"?

I'd like to know if this is really for real(tm) or not, but based on what little I know about the company and its leadership, it wouldn't surprise me...

Exactly my point. I got into it with them a couple years ago about that. Search my posts and it is in there somewhere.

It is real. Oops am I allowd to use that term "real".


the funny thing is that they have not trademarked "Real Kiteboarding". So I guess I can trademark it and sue them?
