They came out with a new hype to get more investers. :soap:
Hmmmm.............It resembling to a pregnent Guppy.
It's a high reving racing 2 stroke engine which needs to replece piston, cylinder etc after 80 hrs.
Their gear box brakes down very often, its not designed for that high rpm either.
For part replacements and support wait for couple of months.
The hull fills up with water in a short time.
Good luck if you could drag it to the shore after brake-down the submarined thing.
New 2 stroke marine engines are not even for sale any more because of the EPA.
They can't even sell it in their own state because of their pollution and standart requirements of EPA,
what kind of BS is that :?:
You have to buy couple of them to become a distributor and wait with your deposit,
so you could be lucky if ever get them sometimes.

Go figure :bye:

ahhh sweet memories of Bob Montgomery...aka Mr. Powerski.

Man, I haven't thought about these guys in a long long time. Back in 1996, we put some money into this company after doing our due dilligence, etc, etc, etc. They were certain that the product was ready for market in 1 year.

Fast forward to today. The market is still waiting for a viable product. 12 years later...nothing, but a nice video, etc, etc, etc,.

In my lifetime, I've only seen one other company oversell...promote...a product as rediculous as this company. If they had spent investors money on hard and fast R&D, and not generating buzz at stupid trade shows, they may have already been in the market and generated sales.

All I see is a company that lives on investors. My guess is all dealers and distributors are investors. Waiting and waiting and waiting for a product to sell.

It's actually a cool product to ride, but with somewhat limited appeal, but the key was the engine and possible crossover sales to other industries/products.

The madness.

Well...if anyone wishes, I'll sell all my shares for $.34 on the $1.00.

Dr lightwind...I take it you've also had the pleasure of seeing these first hand, etc?

Humbleness requires asstute insight being able to laugh at ones own financial tragedies. hahahahahahahhahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahaha.

me laughing at me being a sucker.

Also sweet memories of Bob Montgomery since Surfjet times who used to be only the salesman for them.
I went to Wisconsin Janeswille couple of times to Surfjet location in those days.
I used to have the Pacifica and Malibu.

I know a friend who is a "dealer" for Powerski who up to date left with two non running boards
so I’ve riden those boards and know its flaws.
When I am able to ride there is nothing like it, but I have a lot concerns I mentioned and safety ,
like riding the board for about 15 minutes before you have to bring it in and drain the water out,
which requires you to put it up on a stand or get it out of the water somehow.

Also there is an Xboard I know of with a 39hp rotary engine capable of 45 mph.
Next year maybe will be out for $8,000.000
Some of them were x-psi employees, others best ex friends of Bob.M.
But you know what :?: same fluff (i.e. promises) from both groups.
Same marketing ploy and same desire to put their hands on cash asap.

I hope everybody will learn from the angry customers and my friend mistakes.
DONT GIVE ANYONE ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BEFORE OUT FOR SALE,
BEFORE THESE PRODUCTS ARE WELL ENGINEERED FOR WATER USE :!: :!: :!:
