I have been kiting for a little over a year now and want to maximize my time on the water. I figured if I could put together a "work out routine" and practice for the first 30-60 on the water each time I go out that it would help.

Wake style: What progression of tricks should I work up to? i.e. start with back roll, add handle pass, etc.

Wakestyle central - not sure if any sort of "workout" question will have any meaning over there.

Any of the current penis enlargement pumps on the market should suffice, but make sure you get the big balls attachment.

http://www.kiteboardingexercises.com/

This is a good site for some exercises off the water to help strengthen the muscles you use on the water!
