Just in case feedback helps to let them make a better website: every f-one website I have seen so far has been really ugly, didn't work well, etc.
Why do they use all sorts of gimmicks, but use them badly?
No harm meant...

true they're ugly
Dont know if you only talking about the usa site or also the dutch site... but the dutch site is working ok.
If somebody wants to redesign it, mail me.
