Hola,
i will answer some of your questions, i will try to explain the best i can, english is my 2nd languaje so spare any mistake. the ones i didnt answer i dont know how to explain it.
Concave: is the curvature of the board got it? epoxy: i understand that is similar to resin (glue use for fiberglass work) laminate: is the process of putting different layers (foam core or wood + fiber+ fiber + etc) in the board build process (sandwich technology)
vacuum: is when we use a vacuum pump (equipment that sucks air and press the laminate process altogether ) the result is a thin compact board. pressing: is when you dont use a vacumm pump or vacuum process, so you have to apply weigh by pressing and let the board cure the wet resin and fiber
i hope this gives you an idea, i may be not 100% accurate in some, good luck!
Ch.
