What kind of wind? The missing element...
I'm 85 kg and ride a 14m/10m combo with a 137X41 TT.
My most used kite so far this spring/summer has been a SA19m.
Crap wind here...

I was having the same thoughts and of course it depends on your winds. I got the 12-8 with the 131 Recoil Comp and can get going in really light winds. The combo works like a charm. The only problem is that if I need to get a third smaller size I don´t know if it would be the 6 or the 4... A 5 would have been perfect but no Havoc in that size...
So I would say for a 2 kite quiver 12-8, but if you consider buying a 3rd kite go for the 14-10.

My 10m Havoc is my one kite quiver, gets my 75kg going in 15 knots and comfortably up to 24 knots.

I'm 63kg and the Havoc 8 and 12 has been the most perfect quiver I could ask for. So that would probably be a 10 and 14 for you. I ride the 8 in anything from 16-32 comfortably and the 12 in light conditions with a twin tip or a surf board. They were the only two kites that I brought on 4 winter trips and did great. However, I just got a 6m too for the nuking Gorge winds in the summer.

I´m considering the same but am a little afaid that the 6 and 8 are too close to each other in windrange. What do you say? How much upper wind range do you gain with the 6 compared to the 8?

Ya need 3 kites for everyday riding 4 if you what to play comfortably. You have 2 options low to mod wind kiting 12m and 18m, or high wind, small 6 or 8m and a 12m.
Your 95kg I would at least in my area go for the bigger option. Would cover the perfect 12m days to the light wind days.
If you live in a windy area the smaller option would work.
2 kites your always opting out on the extremes, remember there are usually more light wind days than high wind days, Big kites may be SCARY for a novice. but they move slow so shit hits the fan more slowly. I use my 20m the most of any kite.
