I agree, i've only got one of their boards but i'm seriously thinking about going to all ocean rodeo gear because i'm so fed up of non-existant customer support
I sent them an email saying i broke a fin, without any requests, next week a fin arrived
They are one of the best

OR is definately ahead in the game when it comes to customer service.
Doesn't take alot of brains to go the extra mile in production and be problem free with your product and then have the ability to have excellent customer service. I'm sure the rest will catch up one day.
