Urethane car paint. Need to use a decent highdensity primer. Any decent bodyshop can do the job.

Don't like straight urethane (Boat paint) in piticular paint drys slow cant wax. A fast dry poly with pigment works good, 30% of the pigment that would go in regular piant is perfect for 2 or 3 coats. Hardware stores add pigment for Free!!!!!!!
Alkaloid Epoxy piant like Plast-a-cote works for stripes on any surface
