Latitude, best, Sling shot and Nobile kites are manufactured at the same factory.
So you will see many similarities between them.

With all due respect, the slingshot, best and nobile bar are totally different animals in almost every aspect, regardless of where they are made. This bar does look like the old best bar, and that is not necessarily a bad thing if the build quality is better.

I agree on that. On a factory you have many different products manufactured for different clients. So, in general you may not see always similarities, but most of the parts that are used to build a product are very common to, maybe, most of the brands manufactures within the same factory. That may also mean that old stuff are recycled and used from other companies with some modification. Actually this is not bad at all. Products are used and tested for a season and then improve them and re-use them.

I saw one on Ebay go for like $270 complete. I was floored. I should have bid on it.

Check the pulley on the LE, something different. Are the bridles really long..? Can't tell.
