North vegas 08 problems

Hello,
Did anyone has any problems with north vegas quality??
Do they have low quality, because they are made in Sri Lanka?

I think North is in the top 10% in build quality. I am very satisfied with my 07,08, and 09 kites

Hi,

I have also problems with 2 of mine North Vegas 08. I have been kiteing with North Vegas since 2004. The old one had verry good quality, but the new one have started to open up in the struts and this after a 1/2 year of use. My local shop have sent this complain to North 3 months ago, but have not get any response yet :angryfire:

They have not reinforce this in the 2009 model.

not sure if there is any difference in quality from Sri Lanka or China.

But the first batch of the Vegas08 had a problem with the seams of struts and main tube.
Not sure which factory.

But that problem has been fixed quickly, and they should take care of your kite as well. Make sure your shop pushes this and you can use it again quickly.

Never had a problem with the 08 Vegas I had , great kite.
