I want to buy a used training kite. Since you can buy a new one for $99-$129, I'm expecting to pay around $35. Can anyone point me in the right direction on this? Thanks!

don't waste your money for a used trainer kite:
as soon as there's a 'kitesurfing' label on something, the price explodes.
go and get a small softkite either toykite or a small powerkite.
you'll get a HQ symphony 1.4 araound $30 NEW.
a used 2m foil shouldn't cost more ...
any stuntkite will do this job - don't waste money for the trainer!
