Sounds normal, but I would think the graphic layer would go outside the glass layers, usually(?).
Your list has it underneath the glass on the top deck.

I have had good results by putting a good layer of resin on the core and then laying dry glass on top when doing 1 layer of cloth onto wood, but for multiple glass layers I might wet the glass with resin on a separate table, then put the already wet glass on the core. Sort of poor-man prepreg, reduces the work to get good layup and wet-out.

BWD's suggestions are good, put the graphic under the top-most layer of cloth (nearest to the surface). You can use your color printer and print it on rice paper (from any art store), trim off any excess.
Keep in mind you will also want some peel-ply between your last layer of glass and the breather cloth.

and few steps appear to be missing regarding the rocker table and vacuum bagging.
i appologise if you already have that part wired.

if not, the following is similar to many guides you can find on the web:
http://www.diabgroup.com/americas/u_lit ... Bag_TB.pdf

fiberglast supply also has a lot of good tutorials and the materials you may need.
http://www.fiberglast.com/

at this point i would ask if you are bagging your board simply to clamp it to the table or to maximize the laminate properties?

the steps and materials may change accordingly.

http://www.swaylocks.com/forum/gforum.cgi?

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/boardbuilding/

both of the above sites are great for "hands on" specifics regarding layups.
All the nasty details that fall through the cracks when you are learning.
cloth styles and weight, reinforce where?, resin weight, wettting out the cloth, wrapping rails, bag pressure, core types & shapping, .....and blah, blah, etc

A thin paper (like tracing paper) that pretty much turns clear when wetted out with resin (except for the part you applied ink to). I would expect that a sales person in any decent art store could point you in the right direction.

Regarding the rocker table, what you have will work if you only want a continuous rocker. For a progressive rocker you may want to consider more contact points than just the middle and ends. Also if you are only attaching it to the base in the middle and ends be sure it is thick enough or when you hit it with vacuum it may contort.

take the time to look at the references zfennell listed. Most everything is there, expecially at swaylocks.
