Any who know--
Do any of the kite makers use an actual trained and licensed engineer in developing their kites? I am interested in which companies do.

I think Yaron from Blade Kites is an engineer. Anyone who can confirm?

Yes we do at eclipse.
Any designer needs to know allot about kiting before they attempt to make a production kite.
