Just interested to know why more people don't use Airex. I'm not going to pretend I know everything but I have a 13mm sheet of Airex C70-50 that I'm just about to do my first board with and I'm very impressed with the materials property. I'm 98kg and this stuff held my weight standing on flat ground with out denting at all. It also bends nice and although I'm sure it's not as "lively" as some wood cores but as has some good spring in it. But end of the day like someone said it all comes down to the layup I suppose.

the best thing I like about Diviny (PVC)is that I can heat it to 200 degrees and bend it
never had compression issues or problems being brittle

Pretty much all foam cores (airex, diviny, corecell) can be heat moulded.

Thanks for all the info.
I read somewere that Corecell T foam is better than A foam in less "dynamic stress" areas. Isn't kiteboard punished with constant dynamic stress on the water ?
