XXXL Harness

Postby windmaker » Sat Feb 28, 2009 5:56 pm

A friend with a huge waist (140cm) is having problems finding a harness to fit. Any suggestions ? Dakine fusion XXL for instance is way too small...

Dont wear a waste but a seat harnas.. will be a lot better.
totally useless for somebody that size to wear a waist.. it will only slide over his chest since that is smaller then the belly.

I wear a seat harnas to.. and i still love it.. since idont do weird flips and spins at the same time.. i really dont need it either.
So my advise, stop looking at waist harnasses and get a seat. Or loose the weight.

Never said he was looking for a waist harness. Dakine fusion XXL is a seat harness and to small for him. Anyone know of any brand that makes really large size waist or seat harnesses ?

Hi,

BEST produced oversized harnesses in 2007. Contact your local dealer: http://www.kitemed.com/
and he will help you. I know there are 1-2 left in these sizes from 2007.

Dakine can make harnesses in custom sizes. I don't know the details on how to order one, but I do know people that have XXXXL harnesses made for them.

As a bigger than average guy, I feel for you trying to find gear that fits.

Jeff Howard at Prokitesurf in Corpus ordered me a custom dakine fusion with my specific measurments. I paid about a $20 premium for the custom. It worked great...

I also have a student who need at least a XXXL harness. My Fusion XXL wasn't big enough.

I see that Air Padre can now customize a larger one :thumb: , but wondering if any of you guys have a used one you want to part with.

Thanks,
