That's my first board. It's made of Divinycell H80, low viscosity epoxy system and glass fabrics. The rail is made of epoxy resin with some talc powder as load. The board has 2 cylindrical bars of carbon between the foot pads so as to improve the stiff in the middle of the board. It has a 4 cm rocker and 3mm of concave. It feels very smooth and confortable in choppy water. Please, tell me your opinion.

I did the graphics using cars spray paintings over the cured board and spray varnish as the last layer. It was arduous cause the number of masks I had to do (but I liked the result ). It was the last thing I did.

That is one nice looking board. Any idea what it cost you to build it? Did you used a vacuum table?

It cost me about U$180,00. It’s only material cost.
Yes, I used a vacuum table. But the cost doesn’t include the table, the compressor and the vacuum pump. The table cost U$50,00, and the others equipment I’ve already had.
