Kitefactory Thunderbird 2009 Product-Video

Postby christianw » Fri May 29, 2009 9:50 pm

Hey guys.
Today my kitesponsor Kitefactory released the brand new product-video of the 2009 Thunderbird `Permien Pro Model` C-Kite.

It explains the whole kite with all its innovations and shows loads of action like kiteloops and wakestyle.

So check the video starring Stefan Permien, Christian Brill and me.

You can also download the video in high quality at the Kitefactory page!

Cool vid, the kite looks good, any other kites you would compare it to flying wise? Looks pretty hadlowpro or fuel-esque because of the wide wingtips, does it feel similar to fly?

It's exactly like you said: wide wingtips.
In 2008 I used the hadlowpro and now I ride this kites. In my opinion it has more pop, because I can jump higher with this kite. But the key features are the same.

good unhooked performance,
nice to loop in the small sizes,
not too much depower.

It's a really good alternative in the c-kite marked.
I really like it.

Hi,

Those kites don't seem so popular.

is lowend of the 14 is really 8 knots???
Has it the same Lowend as a Prima Donna 2 in 15sqm?
Can anybody compare those two?

How is depower?

Thanks
