Hello,
yesterday i see the new rebel 2010 in action Kitemaster Alvor (Portugal) in Races. lot´s of riders use the new rebel 2010 ...... not the rhino 2009 to race....
I have lot of pictures and hd videos but i only upload at 27/06/2009 because i don´t have the cable of my camera with me (holidays).
I confirm the new rebel have 5 struts, 5th line and straight segment leading edge.
I see some heats of the freestyle with rebel 14 and the kite is very fast, looping is easy (wind 15 kts).

Oh well I guess i will have to wait till 2012 then, won't be able to sell my 09 stuff since last year's pitch was total bogus. I don't understand they were going away from the middle strut in both, the Rhino and the Rebel... Oh well, will be fun to see the pictures anyways. There are still some 08 kites around you can have for a song. Who knows, 2008 might be the closest contender to the 2010 kites.

Nah..I really dont care whether they have a center strut or not...they (North) have put it back due to the overweight riders
Talk about global fatness epidemic problem...North does something about it...center strut is back
I will wear mine 09 Rebels out ...

Good to see they have put the centre strut in they toatally ruined the 09, 2010 sounds nice.
Interesting though they are using the rebel over the rhino for the course racing it must mean the 2010 flys faster I like the sound of that.
Cant wait to try one, the new vegas looks nice as well.

They should change the name to weird element. I am just having some fun with it not knowing anything about it. But the the strait sections look kind of funny to me. Just a visual thing I guess.

Talk about being 3 years behind the game!
