Czech saler said is normal if you have 9 torch and you have same problem it is not for waranty....
I thing is made mistake....

This is a well documented problem with Torches.
There are several threads on Kiteboarder.co.uk about this.

I can't comment on 09 Torches, but I have seen (and experienced personally) leading edge blow outs on nearly brand new 07 and 08 Torches.

About 10 of us on my local sailing site had that problem.... all eventually warrentied by Naish..
Looked like the material were it blew out, was close by a seem 1/4 way to a wing tip... the material lost its integrity .. it was mushy and decomposing.. very noticable by feel that the rip stop nylon was breaking down......
The original poster needs to work through his retailer and distributor ...just like any other consumer product.....
That said we have not bought Naish since....we are all riding another brand with better customer service.

I have torch 2007,2008,2009 have all same problem after 60-90day broke...I was kiting with 2010 on it place is stronger material

How much PSI do you pump the kites??
Maybe you over pump them.
I pump my torch 14, 2009 between 6,5 - 7 PSI

If the blow outs happen on the LE between the second and outer struts then yes this a know issue... happened to all my 07's seen it on 08s and have spoken to people who have had the same issue and seen it many times.. hopefully its been fixed for the 2010.. my kites are so old and have so many repairs its beyond the joke..
